Groups are spaces where you regularly gather with people that eventually become like family. When you join a group, you will spend time socializing, learning, and praying together. We believe life change happens when people gather together and grow together as disciples of Jesus.

What is a Home Group?

Home Groups are small groups of five to six married couples, ten to twelve individuals or combined groups of both married & singles who meet in person together. Groups are spaces where people have the opportunity to pursue both authentic community and spiritual growth.

What do Home Groups do?

Groups commit to spending a predetermined amount of time together to build friendships and grow spiritually. A great group includes time for both relational connection and intentional conversations that help members grow spiritually. A typical group meeting will consist of social time, study, and prayer.

How often do Home Groups meet?

Groups typically meet either weekly or twice per month for 1.5 to 2 hours.

Do groups take breaks throughout the year?

Groups are encouraged to take breaks during holidays and it's optional to continue to meet during the summer.

Where do Home Groups meet?

Most groups meet in homes and are formed based on the hosts location.

Is childcare provided during regular group meetings?

Childcare is not provided by the church, but groups can hire a babysitter if the need arises.

How do I join a Home Group?

Group registration typically happens twice a year, in January and September at an event called group connect. This event is where you will meet new forming groups and meet group leaders. If you happen to miss this event, an online form can be filled here to join an existing group.

Group leaders create a space for their friends, family or neighbors to talk about life, build friendships and grow spiritually.

Being a Group Host isn't about being perfect or knowing everything; it's about serving others by giving them a place to connect. Group leaders are facilitators of community. They create space for others to use their gifts and share their experiences and create place where real life change happens.

Curious about group leadership? It's easier than ever to lead because all you need to do is host and love people. There's no need to come up with teaching, just open your home and life to others and watch God use you.
